INR Mate v1.2 adds Siri and Shortcuts support

INR Mate v1.2 is now live, adding Siri and Shortcuts support to make everyday INR and warfarin logging even quicker.

You can now use Siri or the Shortcuts app to log an INR reading, record today’s saved warfarin dose, check your latest recorded INR and see whether today’s dose has been recorded.

The update also aligns INR validation across iPhone, Apple Watch and Shortcuts. INR Mate remains for tracking and record keeping only and does not provide medical advice or dosing recommendations.

INR Mate v1.1 adds Comfort Mode, clinic visit PDFs and smoother sync

INR Mate v1.1 is the first major update since launch, focused on making the app clearer, more useful in appointments and smoother across devices.

The update introduces Comfort Mode, an easier-to-read layout designed for larger text, clearer spacing and simpler day-to-day use. It also adds a clinic visit PDF, making it easier to prepare a clean summary of recent INR results, warfarin doses and notes for appointments.

Behind the scenes, v1.1 also improves iPhone to Apple Watch syncing, polishes the iPad experience, fixes smaller rough edges and keeps the app moving forward based on early feedback.

INR Mate launches on the App Store

Hi, I'm Al. I'm a UK Nurse Practitioner and a lifelong warfarin user following an aortic valve replacement. INR Mate began as a personal project because I couldn't find an INR tracker that worked the way I wanted it to.

What started as a tool for my own records has grown into an app for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. Thank you to everyone who has downloaded it, tested it and provided feedback so far.
